11 Years of Hutch
It all started with a Hutch.
Hutch started in 2013, in Omaha’s Old Market, initially selling vintage furniture. A 1960's china hutch was the first piece that sparked the passion for selling furniture, thus why the company is called Hutch.
In 2015, Hutch expanded to a larger space in Midtown Crossing, and added additional offerings to their vintage furniture, such as local goods and new residential furniture.
Hutch continued to evolve, and in 2016 began to offer commercial furnishings. At this point, the branch Hutch Contract was born. This helped broaden our scope, footprint and clientele. Currently, Hutch Contract resides in Omaha’s Millwork Commons, and services primarily commercial hospitality projects as well as a select few residential projects.
Throughout the years, Hutch has made appearances in Queer Eye, Tiny House Hunters, Treehouse Masters, Southwest Magazine, and more.
The company has been fortunate to be able to mold the business into where it is today. Hutch Contract works on projects all over the US, and with some of the top developers and design firms.
As we celebrate over a decade of growth, we also celebrate the relationships we've built. From our customers to our staff, community members, and the city of Omaha itself – we've spent 11 years in this amazing community, seeing it grow and evolve, and being a part of its story. Here's to the future ahead!
